Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the BigTechi CRM platform. By accessing or using our services, including purchasing subscriptions through Paddle, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use BigTechi CRM.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

BigTechi CRM operates on a subscription basis with a 14-day free trial. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method automatically according to your chosen plan. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the trial period has ended, except as required by applicable law or in cases reviewed by our billing team.

4. Free Trial

New users are eligible for a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid automatic billing. Trial users are granted full access to the platform during this period.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your admin dashboard.
  • After cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via billing@bigtechi.com and are subject to review.

6. Acceptable Use

  • You may not use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
  • You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • You may not exploit the platform for spam, phishing, or abusive practices.
  • You must comply with Paddle’s payment policies when using our subscription services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform, without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

BigTechi CRM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including any issues arising from payments processed via Paddle.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes related to payments will be subject to Paddle’s terms and applicable law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
