Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BigTechi.com, we are committed to delivering quality SaaS and CRM solutions. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are handled, in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

1. Refund Eligibility

- All purchases are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
- After 14 days, refunds may not be issued unless required by applicable laws.

2. Subscription Cancellations

- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via your BigTechi dashboard.
- Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No further charges will apply after cancellation.

3. How to Request a Refund

- Contact our support team at support@bigtechi.com.
- Alternatively, request a refund directly via Paddle, our payment provider.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

4. Exceptions

- Refunds may not apply if services have been substantially used.
- One-time setup fees, special promotions, or add-ons may be excluded unless legally required.
- Abuse of the refund policy may result in denial of future refunds.
